 Anna Harris is a Director in Thina Nje Consulting which is a one stop Human Resources consulting service. Thina Nje is of Zulu origin and means "Just us". This brand means that we as a consulting company offer value for money and what you see is what you get. Anna's focus is within the skill development and Recruitment arena. Having a background in Industrial Psychology, she is particularly interested in Group dynamics within organisations and the impact organisational culture has on behaviour. Anna's specialist areas are Diversity training/ Change management and other soft skills such as Time management, Stress management, Interpersonal skills, Team building and Coaching for improved performance.
Anna met Cynthia and Jabu Nkosi at a mutual friend's wedding and the relationship with Youth with a Vision was established. Anna spends a lot of her free time sourcing information and resources for Youth with a Vision.
